Pharmacological Action
Herbal remedy. A multi-component mixture containing: Valeriana officinalis rhizomes with roots, Melilotus officinalis herb, Origanum vulgare herb, Motherwort herb, and Thymus serpyllum herb.
The mixture contains a complex of biologically active compounds: essential oils, flavonoids, coumarins.
The infusion prepared from the mixture has a sedative and antispasmodic effect.
Indications
Sleep disorders; mental agitation; arterial hypertension (initial stages).

Dosage Regimen
| The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen. |
The infusion is taken orally.
Place 1 tablespoon of the mixture in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water, heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool for 45 minutes at room temperature, strain and bring the volume up to 200 ml with boiled water.
Filter bags. Use as an infusion. Place 1 filter bag in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 100 ml (1/2 glass) of boiling water, cover and infuse for 15 minutes, then squeeze the filter bag.
Take 1/2 glass 4 times/day 30 minutes before meals. The treatment course is 10-14 days, the break between treatment courses is 10 days.
