Dosage Form, Packaging, and Product Composition
Composition: Vitamin E, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Vitamin A, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Vitamin D3, Magnesium Oxide, Ferrous Fumarate, Zinc Oxide, Copper Gluconate, Potassium Iodide, Sodium Selenate, Calcium Phosphate Dihydrate.
Content of biologically active substances per 2 tablets: Calcium-124 mg, Phosphorus-96 mg, Magnesium-16.2 mg, Iron-4 mg, Zinc-4 mg, Copper-0.28 mg, Iodine-16 mcg, Selenium-8 mcg, Vitamin C-40 mg, Vitamin E-4 mg, Vitamin A-0.4 mg, Niacin-9 mg, Pantothenic Acid-3 mg, Vitamin B1-0.7 mg, Vitamin B6-1 mg, Vitamin B2-0.8 mg, Folic Acid-50 mcg, Vitamin D3-5 mcg, Vitamin B12-0.7 mcg.

Recommended as a dietary supplement – an additional source of vitamins ( A, E, D, C, B vitamins, folic acid, niacin, pantothenic acid), minerals ( calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, iron, copper, iodine, selenium).
Indications
- Use as a dietary supplement to provide an additional source of vitamins A, E, D, C, B vitamins, folic acid, niacin, and pantothenic acid.
- Use as a dietary supplement to provide an additional source of minerals, including calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, iron, copper, iodine, and selenium.
- Intended for use in conditions associated with an increased need for vitamins and minerals.

Dosage Regimen

Administer orally to children from 3 years of age and adults.
Take 2 tablets per day with meals; chew the tablets thoroughly.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose to avoid a laxative effect.
The recommended duration of use is 1 month.
This product is not a medicine.
Adverse Reactions
Adverse reactions are possible with individual intolerance to the components.
Observe for allergic reactions, including skin rash, itching, and urticaria.
Discontinue use immediately if any adverse reactions occur and consult a physician.
Drug Interactions
Consult a physician before concurrent use with other vitamin and mineral supplements to prevent exceeding safe intake levels.
Be aware that calcium and iron may interfere with the absorption of certain medications, such as tetracycline antibiotics and thyroid hormones.
Maintain an interval of at least 2 hours between taking this supplement and such medications.
Contraindications
- Do not use in cases of individual intolerance to any component of the supplement.
- Contraindicated in children under 3 years of age due to the risk of choking.
- Do not use in patients with hypervitaminosis or conditions of excessive mineral saturation for which the product is a source.
- Avoid use in cases of severe renal impairment and disorders of iron or copper metabolism (e.g., hemochromatosis, Wilson’s disease).
Overdose
In case of accidental intake of a significantly higher than recommended dose, seek immediate medical attention or contact a Poison Control Center.
Symptoms of acute overdose may include gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.
Chronic excessive intake of certain vitamins and minerals can lead to toxic effects; store the product out of the reach of children.
