Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Apply the plaster externally to the area of pain. Use one plaster per application site. The plaster can be left on for up to two days if no severe irritation is felt.

Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. Remove the plaster immediately if a severe burning sensation or skin reaction occurs. Do not cut the plaster.

Adverse Reactions

Possible adverse reactions include localized skin reactions such as burning, itching, and erythema at the application site. Allergic contact dermatitis is also possible.

Discontinue use and remove the plaster if a severe skin reaction develops. In case of a systemic allergic reaction, seek immediate medical attention.

Contraindications

  • Impaired skin integrity, including wounds, abrasions, eczema, or dermatitis, at the intended application sites.
  • Known hypersensitivity to any component of the plaster, including belladonna extract, Piper longum extract, or natural rubber latex.

Do not apply to mucous membranes or areas with thin, sensitive skin. Avoid use in children.

Drug Interactions

No specific drug interactions are known. Exercise caution when using other topical medications on the same area, as this may increase the risk of skin irritation.

Concurrent use with other topical analgesics or counterirritants is not recommended due to the potential for additive skin effects.

Overdose

Overdose is unlikely with correct external use. Excessive application or prolonged use may lead to severe local skin reactions, including blistering and ulceration.

In case of accidental ingestion, seek medical help immediately. Symptoms of ingestion may include dry mouth, dilated pupils, and tachycardia due to belladonna alkaloids.
