Properties

Java tea has pronounced diuretic properties. The diuretic effect is accompanied by increased excretion of urea, uric acid, and chlorides from the body. It increases glomerular filtration and improves tubular function. It is used for acute and chronic kidney diseases accompanied by edema, albuminuria, azotemia, and the formation of kidney stones; for cystitis, urethritis, gout, diabetes; for cholecystitis, cholelithiasis, heart diseases accompanied by edema. It is effective with long-term use in kidney diseases.

Common sowthistle has diuretic, choleretic, anti-inflammatory, and mild laxative effects; it is used for bladder diseases.

Black face general has long been known as a medicinal plant that effectively dissolves stones of various compositions, possessing diuretic, hypoglycemic, and laxative effects.

Chanca piedra has a pronounced antimicrobial and diuretic effect and is widely used for urolithiasis.

Cubeb pepper fruits have clearly pronounced antiseptic properties, disinfecting the genitourinary tract; they are used for the prevention and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases.
