Description
Resource® Diabet Plus mixture is a specialized dietary preventive nutrition product, a high-calorie, ready-to-use, complete liquid mixture containing the Prebio1+ complex of dietary prebiotic fibers in combination with PHGG fibers, isomaltulose, with a high protein content (9 g/100 ml).
It is intended for patients with diabetes mellitus or impaired glucose tolerance, including in combination with obesity.
The Prebio1+ complex of dietary fibers and PHGG fibers contribute to slowing down the absorption of carbohydrates in the intestine, increasing food transit time, improving the condition of the intestinal wall and restoring microbiota.
The ready-to-use mixture can be used as a supplement to the daily diet, a replacement for one of the meals or as a snack. If necessary, Resource® Diabet Plus mixture can be used as a complete replacement for the diet (orally or via tube).
Due to its composition, Resource® Diabet Plus mixture helps improve glycemic and lipid profile control, normalize gut microbiota and gastrointestinal function, preserve muscle mass, and prevent micro- and macrovascular complications of diabetes mellitus, as proven in clinical studies.
Product advantages

- The protein component consists of 100% milk proteins (whey protein and casein), which are well absorbed by the body, contain a complete amino acid profile and are a building material for all cells and tissues. - 1 bottle contains 5 g of dietary fiber to normalize bowel function. The mixture of the Prebio1+ prebiotic fiber complex and PHGG fibers (partially hydrolyzed guar gum) helps improve blood glucose concentration control and plays an important role in regulating bowel functions;
- complex of vitamins and minerals for maintaining strength, strengthening immunity and regulating metabolism;

Resource® Diabet Plus mixture is intended for diet therapy of patients with disorders of carbohydrate metabolism and nutritional deficiency or risk of its development
- Stress-induced hyperglycemia;
- Nutritional deficiency in patients with diabetes mellitus;
- Impaired glucose tolerance;
- Type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus;
- Obesity against the background of metabolic syndrome and insulin resistance;
- Correction of nutritional status in patients with diabetes mellitus after injuries, surgeries, acute and chronic diseases.
Dosage Regimen

The mixture is intended for tube and oral administration.
Resource® Diabet Plus is prescribed for children from 6 years of age and adults at 1-3 bottles/day as supplementary nutrition, or as recommended by a doctor if the mixture is used as the sole source of nutrition.
The product should be consumed chilled.
Contraindications
- Galactosemia.
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding
Resource® Diabet Plus mixture has no contraindications during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Special instructions
The product should be used under medical supervision.
The mixture is not intended for intravenous administration.
Resource® Diabet Plus is gluten-free and contains no clinically significant amounts of lactose.
The product is ultra-high temperature treated. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Storage Conditions
The product should be stored at a temperature from 6°C (42.8°F) to 30°C (86°F) and relative air humidity not more than 75%.
Shelf Life
Shelf life – 1 year.
Store the opened bottle in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Store the mixture poured into another container with the lid closed and use within 6 hours.
