Pharmacological Action

A homeopathic drug used for inflammatory and inflammatory-dystrophic diseases of the musculoskeletal system.

It enhances blood supply to tissues, has an anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.

It reduces spasticity of the skeletal muscles.

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Apply a thin layer of gel to clean, dry, intact skin covering the painful area.

Rub the gel in lightly until fully absorbed.

Use the preparation three times daily.

Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after each application.

Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and open wounds.

Do not apply under occlusive dressings or bandages.

If no improvement is observed after one week of use, discontinue application and consult a physician.

The duration of use is not limited; the gel can be used for long-term therapy as needed.

For children over 1 year of age, apply the same regimen under adult supervision to prevent accidental ingestion.

Adverse Reactions

Allergic reactions rarely – skin itching, skin rash.

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to Rhus toxicodendron (poison ivy shoots) and other components of the drug;
  • Children under 1 year of age.

Use in Pregnancy and Lactation

The use of Rewma-Gel during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding) is possible only if the intended benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus and child.

Pediatric Use

The drug is contraindicated in children under 1 year of age.

For children over 1 year of age, apply the gel to painful areas, rubbing in lightly, 3 times/day.

Special Precautions

When using Rewma-Gel, a temporary worsening of the condition is possible.

In this case, the patient should discontinue the drug and consult a doctor.

When using Rewma-Gel, the use of other medicinal products is possible.

Overdose

To date, no cases of overdose with Rewma-Gel have been reported.

Drug Interactions

Drug interactions of Rewma-Gel with other medicinal products have not been established.

Storage Conditions

The drug should be stored out of the reach of children at a temperature from 0°C (32°F) to 25°C (77°F).

Shelf Life

Shelf life – 5 years.
