Pharmacological Action
The preparation helps to increase the body’s nonspecific resistance, enhance tissue regeneration, reduce vascular permeability, participates in carbohydrate and mineral metabolism, and has choleretic properties.
The pharmacological action is due to the presence of ascorbic acid and other substances (including carotenoids, flavonoids, organic acids) that are part of it.
Indications
Prevention of vitamin C hypovitaminosis.

Contraindications
Cholelithiasis, children under 3 years of age, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, sucrase/isomaltase deficiency, fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome, increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug.
With caution diabetes mellitus (due to the high sucrose content in the drug).
Use in Pregnancy and Lactation
The drug can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding in consultation with a doctor.
Pediatric Use
The use of the drug is contraindicated in children under 3 years of age.
Special Precautions
Patients with diabetes mellitus should take into account that 1 teaspoon of syrup contains about 4.6 g of sucrose (0.38 XE), and 1 tablespoon contains about 13.8 g of sucrose (1.15 XE).
To avoid possible overdose when using the drug simultaneously with other multivitamin products, the content of ascorbic acid in its composition should be taken into account.
Effect on the ability to drive vehicles and machinery
The drug does not affect the performance of potentially hazardous activities requiring increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions.
Drug Interactions
Due to the presence of ascorbic acid in the drug, it is possible to increase the absorption of antibiotics of the penicillin group, tetracycline and iron preparations; decrease the clinical effect of heparin and indirect anticoagulants; increase the risk of crystalluria during treatment with salicylates and sulfonamides; slow down the renal excretion of acids, including acetylsalicylic acid; increase the excretion of drugs with an alkaline reaction, including alkaloids; decrease the concentration in the blood of oral contraceptive drugs .
Storage Conditions
Store at 2°C (36°F) to 25°C (77°F). Keep in original packaging, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
