Mineral drinking table water
Description
Natural medicinal-table water of bicarbonate-calcium-magnesium type with an increased content of silicic acid and iron. Total mineralization – 2.1-2.5 g/l.
The high content of calcium, magnesium, and iron allows the use of Rudolfuv Pramen water in the treatment of kidney and urinary tract diseases, diabetes mellitus, obesity, gout, and vitamin deficiencies. The water has a diuretic effect, promotes the flushing of small stones, sand, salts, microorganisms, and products of inflammatory processes.
The high calcium content (276.7 mg/l) allows recommending the water as an additional therapy for osteoporosis.
An equally important component of Rudolfuv Pramen mineral water is magnesium (136.2 mg/l), which increases the solubility of oxalic acid compounds in urine and thus blocks the formation and growth of stones in patients. Magnesium also has a beneficial effect on preventing cardiovascular diseases.
The iron content in the source water (12.32 mg/l) allows the use of Rudolfuv Pramen water as part of therapy for anemia, blood loss, and in patients after surgical operations.
Rudolfuv spring is relatively poor in sodium (84.17 mg/l), so the mineral water is suitable for consumption by patients with cardiovascular system diseases.

Dosage Regimen
| The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen. |
Ingest a usual daily dose of 1.5 liters. Divide the total daily volume into multiple administrations throughout the day.
Continue this regimen for a course duration of 21 days. Conduct treatment courses 2 to 3 times per year.
Administer the water at room temperature, unless otherwise directed by a physician.
Contraindications
- There are no known absolute contraindications for use.
- No specific usage restrictions have been established.
Despite the general safety profile, consult a physician before initiating treatment, particularly for patients with severe chronic conditions.
Adverse Reactions
Adverse reactions are not typically expected with proper use according to the recommended dosage regimen.
In cases of individual hypersensitivity to any mineral components, discontinue use immediately. Report any unusual symptoms to a healthcare professional.
Drug Interactions
No specific, clinically significant drug interactions have been documented.
The mineral composition, particularly cations like calcium and magnesium, could theoretically bind with certain oral medications (e.g., tetracyclines, bisphosphonates, fluoroquinolones), potentially reducing their absorption.
To minimize any potential interaction, take other oral medications at least 1-2 hours apart from the intake of the mineral water.
Overdose
Overdose is unlikely with normal use. Excessive consumption far beyond the recommended daily volume could theoretically lead to electrolyte imbalances.
Symptoms may include nausea, headache, or dizziness. In case of suspected overdose, discontinue use and seek medical attention if symptoms persist. Treatment is symptomatic and supportive.
Special Instructions
Consultation with a doctor is recommended before use.
Possible sediment is harmless and does not affect the quality of the water within the shelf life and when storage conditions are observed.
Storage Conditions
The water should be stored in a place protected from direct sunlight at a temperature from 5°C (41°F) to 25°C (77°F).
