Composition shiitake mushroom powder, dry shiitake mushroom extract, vitamin D3, polyvinylpyrrolidone, microcrystalline cellulose, aerosil, calcium stearate.

Content of biologically active substances per 1 tab.: polysaccharides not less than 40 mg, vitamin D3 not less than 2.5 mcg.

Scope of Application

Recommended as a dietary supplement – an additional source of vitamin D3, containing polysaccharides.

Indications

• Use as a dietary supplement to provide an additional source of vitamin D3.
• Use as a source of polysaccharides derived from shiitake mushroom components.

Dosage Regimen

Take two tablets once daily with a meal to improve absorption and minimize potential gastrointestinal discomfort.

Continue this regimen for a minimum of one month to achieve the intended supportive effect.

If repeated use is desired, implement a mandatory two-week washout period before initiating another course of supplementation.

Adverse Reactions

Monitor for signs of individual intolerance, which may manifest as allergic skin reactions, gastrointestinal upset, or other hypersensitivity responses.
