Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug; B12-deficient (pernicious) anemia; sucrose/isomaltase deficiency, fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome; children under 18 years of age.
Folate-deficient anemia with cyanocobalamin deficiency should be treated with caution. Use during pregnancy and lactation

Pharmacological properties: vitamin
Vitamin B (vitamin Bc, vitamin B9), can be synthesized by the intestinal microflora. In the body, folic acid is reduced to tetrahydrofolic acid, which is a coenzyme involved in various metabolic processes, is necessary for the normal maturation of megaloblasts and the formation of normoblasts, stimulates erythropoiesis, participates in the synthesis of amino acids (including glycine, methionine), nucleic acids, purines, pyrimidines, in the exchange of choline, histidine.
In this dosage, the drug can be recommended during pregnancy.
Breast-feeding period
It is not recommended to use the drug in this dosage during breastfeeding, since folic acid penetrates into breast milk.
The course of treatment is 20-30 days.

Allergic reactions – skin rash, pruritus, bronchospasm, erythema, hyperthermia.
Symptoms: Cases of folic acid overdose in humans have not been described.
Treatment: in case of overdose, it is recommended to cancel the drug, gastric lavage, taking activated charcoal, if necessary – symptomatic therapy.
