Hill, fam. Primulaceae, common sorrel – Rumex acetosa L., fam. Polygonaceae, black elder – Sambucus nigra L., fam. Sambucaceae (Caprifoliaceae), common vervain – Verbena officinalis L., fam. Verbenaceae.
Excipients : lactose monohydrate – 31.2 mg, potato starch – 8.4 mg, calcium stearate – 1.2 mg, colloidal silicon dioxide (aerosil) – 1.2 mg.
Shell composition sucrose – 115.26 mg, magnesium carbonate (basic magnesium carbonate) – 15.474 mg, titanium dioxide – 3.404 mg, colloidal silicon dioxide (aerosil) – 1.857 mg, povidone (low molecular weight medical polyvinylpyrrolidone, povidone K-30) – 1.857 mg, talc – 1.857 mg, Aquanaut Chlorophyll dye – 0.186 mg, liquid paraffin (vaseline oil) – 0.075 mg, beeswax – 0.03 mg.

Pharmacological Action
A combined herbal preparation. It has secretolytic, secretomotor, anti-inflammatory, decongestant, moderate antibacterial and antiviral action. It promotes the outflow of exudate from the paranasal sinuses and upper respiratory tract, preventing the development of complications.
Indications
Acute and chronic sinusitis, accompanied by the formation of viscous secretion.

Dosage Regimen
| The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen. |
Administer orally. Swallow the tablets whole; do not chew. Take with a sufficient amount of water.
For adults and adolescents over 12 years of age, the standard dose is two tablets, taken three times daily.
For school-age children from 6 to 12 years, the dose is one tablet, taken three times daily.
The medication is contraindicated for children under 6 years of age due to a lack of clinical data for this age group.
Adhere to a regular dosing schedule for optimal effect. Maintain consistent intervals between doses throughout the day.
The standard course of treatment is from 7 to 14 days.
If symptoms persist beyond 14 days or worsen during treatment, discontinue use and consult a physician for re-evaluation.
Exercise caution in patients with diabetes mellitus, as the tablet coating contains sucrose.
Concomitant use with antibacterial drugs is permitted and may be clinically indicated.
Adverse Reactions
Possible allergic reactions (skin rash, skin redness, itching, angioedema, shortness of breath), gastrointestinal disorders (pain in the epigastric region, nausea).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the combination; children under 6 years of age (due to insufficient clinical data).
With caution in patients with diabetes mellitus; persons on a low-carbohydrate diet.
Use in Pregnancy and Lactation
Use during pregnancy is possible only as prescribed by a doctor if the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus. It is not recommended to use during breastfeeding (due to the lack of specific data on safety of use in this category of patients).
Pediatric Use
Contraindicated for use in children under 6 years of age.
Drug Interactions
Combination with antibacterial drugs is possible and appropriate.
Storage Conditions
Store at 2°C (36°F) to 25°C (77°F). Keep in original packaging, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
