Coated tablets of red-brown color, oval, biconvex; on the break – from white to light brown with inclusions of white color.

Pharmacological Action

A combined preparation containing vitamins, minerals, and trace elements; its action is due to the properties of its constituent ingredients.

Indications

  • Prevention and treatment of hypo- and avitaminosis;
  • Deficiency of mineral substances in adults;
  • In case of unbalanced or inadequate nutrition;
  • During the recovery period after past illnesses.

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Take one tablet per day. Swallow the tablet whole with a sufficient amount of water. Do not chew or crush the tablet.

Administer the tablet after a meal to improve gastrointestinal tolerance and enhance the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins.

The standard course of treatment is 30 days, corresponding to one commercial package.

Initiate repeated courses of therapy only as recommended by a physician. The decision for re-administration should be based on a clinical assessment of nutritional status.

Do not exceed the stated daily dosage. The maximum daily dose is one tablet.

For long-term use beyond 30 days, seek medical supervision to monitor for potential hypervitaminosis, particularly of vitamins A and D.

Allergic reactions are possible.

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation;
  • Childhood.

Pediatric Use

The use of this preparation in children is prohibited.

Special Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended dosage. It is not recommended to use Theravit concomitantly with other preparations containing vitamins to avoid overdose. Urine may turn yellow due to the presence of riboflavin in the preparation.

Storage Conditions

The preparation should be stored in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C (77°F). Keep out of reach of children.

Shelf Life

Shelf life– 3 years.

Do not use after the expiration date printed on the packaging.

Dispensing Status

The preparation is approved for use as an over-the-counter product.
