Oral drops as a liquid from greenish-brown to brown in color, with a characteristic odor.

Pharmacological Action

A combined herbal medicinal product. It has spasmolytic, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic action. It increases diuresis, acidifies urine, increases the excretion of urea and chloride ions, and enhances bile formation and bile secretion.

Indications

Nephrourolithiasis; cholelithiasis; pyelonephritis; cholecystitis; cholangiohepatitis; biliary dyskinesia.

As part of complex therapy: acute cystitis, nephrourolithiasis, cholelithiasis; pyelonephritis; cholecystitis; biliary dyskinesia.

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. Administer the drops sublingually on a piece of sugar.

Take 8-10 drops three times daily before meals.

For renal colic or hepatic colic, increase the single dose to 15-20 drops.

Adhere to the prescribed course of treatment, which typically lasts from 5 days to 1 month depending on disease severity.

Do not use in patients under 18 years of age.

Be aware that the formulation contains ethanol.

Store the medication between 2°C and 15°C in its original packaging, protected from light.

Keep the bottle securely out of the reach of children.

Adverse Reactions

Nervous system disorders: dizziness, general weakness.

Gastrointestinal disorders: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain.

Immune system disorders: allergic reactions (facial redness, skin rash, itching, angioedema).

Cardiovascular system disorders: increased blood pressure, decreased blood pressure.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the combination; heartburn; nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, diameter of gallstones more than 3 mm, pregnancy, breastfeeding period, age under 18 years.

With caution

Alcoholism, liver disease, traumatic brain injury, brain diseases, epilepsy.

Use in Pregnancy and Lactation

Contraindicated for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Pediatric Use

Contraindicated for use in children under 18 years of age.

Special Precautions

The dosage form drops contain ethanol.

Storage Conditions

Store at 2°C (36°F) to 15°C (59°F). Keep in original packaging, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
