Pharmacological Action

A combined agent of plant origin.

It has diuretic, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and antispasmodic action.

Indications

Use as part of a complex therapy regimen for the management of inflammatory and infectious conditions affecting the kidneys and lower urinary tract.

  • Acute and chronic forms of tubulointerstitial nephritis (pyelonephritis).
  • Cystitis, including unspecified forms of bladder inflammation.
  • Urethritis and associated urethral syndrome.

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Prepare a decoction for oral use according to the provided preparation instructions. Administer the decoction orally while it is warm.

The standard adult dosage is 1/3 cup (approximately 80-100 ml), taken three times daily. Ingest the dose 30 minutes before meals. The typical treatment course is 2 weeks.

Herbal mixture

For oral administration. A decoction is prepared in accordance with the instructions for use.

It is taken orally warm, 1/3 cup 3 times/day 30 minutes before meals for 2 weeks.

Adverse Reactions

The most frequently reported adverse reactions are allergic reactions. These may include skin rash, pruritus, urticaria, or other manifestations of hypersensitivity.

Discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention if any signs of an allergic reaction occur.

Drug Interactions

Contraindications

Overdose

Symptoms of overdose are primarily related to its pharmacological effects and may include pronounced diuresis, dehydration, electrolyte disturbances (such as hypokalemia), nausea, and dizziness.

There is no specific antidote. Management involves discontinuation of the drug, providing symptomatic and supportive care, and correcting any fluid or electrolyte imbalances.

Use in Pregnancy and Lactation

Use is contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation.

Use in Renal Impairment

Pediatric Use

Use is contraindicated in children under 12 years of age.

Special Precautions
