Properties
A plant-based dietary supplement.

It normalizes sleep, improves the process of falling asleep, and helps eliminate nighttime awakenings.
It helps to reduce elevated blood pressure and normalize heart rhythm.

The active substances of Valeriana officinalis slow down excitation processes in the central nervous system, promote natural falling asleep, and possess some antispasmodic properties.
The effect of valerian develops slowly, so it is more effective in combined formulations.
Leonurus cardiaca is known as a good sedative for disorders of the central nervous system, helps reduce blood pressure, and normalizes heart rhythm.
Polemonium caeruleum in its properties exceeds the action of Valeriana officinalis by 8-10 times and potentiates the action of other sedative components.
Crataegus sanguinea has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system, helps normalize heart rhythm and regulate excitability processes in the heart muscle.
Mentha piperita is used for nervous disorders, sleep disturbances, and headaches of various origins.
Peppermint essential oils are an effective remedy for relieving fatigue and reducing emotional tension.
Magnesium is a vital macronutrient that participates in most key physiological processes.
