It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Administer the drug between meals to ensure optimal absorption and efficacy. Unless otherwise directed by a physician, take one standard dose of 5 drops in a teaspoon of water.

Adhere to a frequency of three times a day. Continue the treatment for a full course of 4 weeks to achieve the intended therapeutic effect. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Adverse Reactions

No specific adverse reactions have been reported to date based on available data. Monitor for any signs of intolerance during treatment.

Contraindications

  • Do not use in patients with a known hypersensitivity to Aesculus hippocastanum, Arnica montana, Pulsatilla pratensis, Hamamelis virginiana, or ethanol.

Due to the content of ethyl alcohol, caution should be exercised during the period of drug use when engaging in potentially hazardous activities that require increased attention and rapid reactions (driving vehicles, working with moving mechanisms, work of a dispatcher and operator, etc.).

Overdose

No cases of overdose have been reported. In the event of suspected ingestion of a significantly larger than prescribed amount, monitor for symptoms related to ethanol content.

Initiate symptomatic and supportive care as there is no specific antidote. Seek immediate medical attention for assessment and management, particularly if signs of alcohol intoxication are present.

Drug Interactions

The use of this homeopathic preparation does not preclude concurrent treatment with other medicinal products. No specific pharmacokinetic or pharmacodynamic interactions are known or have been reported.
