Dosage Form, Packaging, and Composition

Coated tablets from light green to greenish-gray in color, round, biconvex. The cross-section shows two layers. The outer layer is the coating from light greenish to greenish-gray in color. The inner layer is from light brown with a greenish tint to dark brown with a greenish tint.

Pharmacological Action

A combined preparation of natural origin, the pharmacological action of which is determined by the combined properties of its constituent components.

It has antisecretory and antacid activity, helps stimulate regenerative processes in the gastric and duodenal mucosa; exerts anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antispasmodic action; contributes to the improvement of the motor function of the stomach and duodenum.

Indications

  • As part of the complex therapy of chronic gastritis with increased secretory activity;
  • Chronic gastroduodenitis;
  • Gastric and duodenal ulcer.

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Administer orally.

For adults only.

Take 3 tablets per dose.

Dose frequency is 2-3 times daily.

Take doses 1 hour before meals or 2 hours after meals.

The standard treatment course is 30 days.

Complete the full course as directed.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Adverse Reactions

When using the drug for the indicated indications in recommended dosages, side effects have not been identified. Allergic reactions are possible.

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to the drug components;
  • Atrophic gastritis;
  • Pregnancy;
  • Breastfeeding period;
  • Age under 18 years.

The drug contains sucrose, therefore it should not be used in patients with rare hereditary conditions such as fructose intolerance, glucose/galactose malabsorption syndrome, or sucrase/isomaltase deficiency.

Use in Pregnancy and Lactation

It is prohibited to take the drug during pregnancy and lactation.

Pediatric Use

It is prohibited to take the drug for children under 18 years of age.

Special Precautions

The drug contains sucrose in an amount of about 1% of the tablet mass, which should be considered by persons suffering from diabetes mellitus. One single dose of the drug (3 tablets) contains 0.01638 g of sucrose, which corresponds to 0.00136 Bread Units (XE).

During treatment, one should refrain from consuming excessively acidic or spicy foods and beverages.

Storage Conditions

The drug should be stored at a temperature from 15 to 25°C (77°F), in a dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.

Shelf Life

Shelf life – 3 years.

Do not use after the expiration date.
