Pharmacological Action

It exerts a local anti-inflammatory and pronounced analgesic effect, which are due to local reflex reactions (including improvement of blood microcirculation in the lesion focus).

The analgesic effect develops by the 4th day of treatment and intensifies on the subsequent days of drug use.

  • As a local analgesic in the complex treatment of osteoarthritis.

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

For external use only.

Apply the patch to clean, dry, and intact skin over the affected joint or muscle area.

Ensure the skin is free from cuts, abrasions, rashes, or irritation before application.

Remove the protective paper and firmly apply the patch, ensuring full contact with the skin.

Leave the patch in place for 12 to 24 hours.

After removal, allow the skin to air for several hours before applying a new patch.

Apply one patch per day to a single affected area.

The standard treatment course is 14 days.

Do not exceed the recommended duration of use without medical supervision.

For persistent symptoms, a repeated course may be initiated on the physician’s recommendation.

Avoid applying the patch to the same exact skin site on consecutive days.

Do not use with occlusive dressings or external heat sources.

Wash hands thoroughly after handling the patch.

Discontinue use and consult a physician if severe skin irritation occurs.

Adverse Reactions

In rare cases, redness of the skin or itching at the site of patch application may occur.

Allergic reactions are possible.

Contraindications

  • Open wounds, impaired skin integrity, or inflammatory skin diseases at the intended site of application (including dermatitis, eczema);
  • Pregnancy;
  • Breastfeeding period;
  • Age under 18 years;
  • Hypersensitivity to the drug components.

Use in Pregnancy and Lactation

Contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation.

Pediatric Use

Contraindicated in children under 18 years of age.

Special Precautions

If skin redness or itching occurs at the site of patch application, it is recommended to apply a small amount of a neutral cream (petroleum jelly) before the next application.

Drug Interactions

Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs have a synergistic effect.

Storage Conditions

Store in a place protected from light, at a temperature not exceeding 20°C (68°F). Keep out of reach of children.

Shelf Life

Shelf life – 3 years.
