Therapeutic Category
Dietary supplement for the restoration of intestinal microflora
Properties
The dietary supplement Yogulact contains live lactic acid bacteria, which are a normal component of the natural intestinal microflora, promote the formation of lactic acid in the intestine, thereby ensuring a shift in the pH of the intestinal contents to the acidic side.
Lactobacillus rhamnosus are bacteria with high probiotic activity, which are representatives of the human normoflora and predominate in children’s microflora. They have high antibiotic resistance. They prevent and contribute to the relief of atopic diseases (allergic rhinitis, bronchial asthma, atopic dermatitis and others).
Lactobacillus acidophilus are representatives of the normal human microflora, used as stimulators of the growth of lacto- and bifidoflora in the intestine. They have high resistance to antibiotics, which is why the prescription of probiotics containing Lactobacillus acidophilus prevents or quickly relieves the manifestations of dysbiosis associated with the prescription of antibiotics. They stimulate various parts of the immune response. They have a pronounced antiviral effect due to the production of highly active hydrogen peroxide.
Yogurt culture: Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. Bulgaricus – bacteria that are a component that stimulates the growth and development of normal microflora. They have an antimicrobial effect against pathogenic microorganisms because they are antigens but not pathogens: in response to their intake, the immune response is activated.
Changes in the intestinal microflora (intestinal dysbiosis) occur with antibiotic therapy, stressful situations, irrational nutrition (including in women during pregnancy and lactation), chronic gastrointestinal diseases, food allergies, helminthiasis, infectious diseases, unfavorable ecology, artificial feeding in infants, malabsorption (impaired absorption of nutrients, vitamins and microelements in the small intestine), and other conditions.
Manifestations of intestinal dysbiosis: diarrhea, dyspepsia (indigestion), constipation, flatulence (bloating), nausea, belching, vomiting, abdominal pain, allergic skin reactions are possible.
The dietary supplement Yogulact helps to normalize the intestinal microflora. The bacteria that make up Yogulact are of great biochemical importance for the body
- Promote the formation of lactic acid in the intestine, thereby ensuring a shift in the pH factor to the acidic side. The acidic environment inhibits the growth of pathogenic bacteria and ensures the optimal action of digestive enzymes;
- Participate in the synthesis of B vitamins, K, ascorbic acid, thereby increasing the body’s resistance to adverse environmental factors;
- Participate in the metabolism of bile pigments and bile acids;
- Synthesize substances with antimicrobial activity (lysozyme, hydrogen peroxide, bacteriocins (lactacins));
- Stimulate the body’s immune system;
- Have anti-allergic properties.
Scope of Application
