Mineral drinking table water
Description
Natural still medicinal sulfate-magnesium mineral water of high mineralization (33-34.8 g/l). It is extracted near the town of Zajecice u Becova in Northern Bohemia. From the spring, it emerges as a cold, slightly opalescent hypertonic solution of yellowish color, odorless, with a pronounced bitter taste.
The water lies in marl rock formations of extremely low permeability, which ensures the exceptional purity of this mineral water and the constancy of its cation-anion composition. Zajecicka Horka mineral water is bottled without artificial carbonation.
The unique amount of natural magnesium in Zajecicka Horka mineral water determines its wide range of applications. Magnesium is necessary for normal cell function, participates in most metabolic reactions, stabilizes heart rhythm, and alleviates symptoms of nervous tension (anxiety and irritability). It is believed that the daily requirement for magnesium is 350-500 mg, which in the case of Zajecicka Horka mineral water amounts to 80 ml.
Zajecicka Horka mineral water has a pronounced choleretic, cholekinetic, and prokinetic effect, which allows it to be used in patients with diseases of the biliary system (gallbladder dyskinesia, sphincter of Oddi dysfunction, chronic cholecystitis, cholangitis). The water has a pronounced choleretic effect. It can be successfully used for this purpose both for regular intake and for performing tubages.
The large amount of magnesium ions in the composition contributes to the use of Zajecicka Horka mineral water for the treatment of diseases of the large intestine, even those accompanied by prolonged constipation. The water has a mild and persistent laxative effect in patients with irritable bowel syndrome, dolichosigma, and hypotension of the large intestine of various origins. This is also facilitated by the anti-inflammatory and cytoprotective effects on the intestinal mucosa.
In addition, Zajecicka Horka mineral water reduces cholesterol levels in the blood, relieves muscle spasms, increases endurance, reduces uterine tone, stops calf cramps, and is effective for stress, nervous overload, and insomnia.
The high sulfate content determines the antimicrobial action of the water. Zajecicka Horka can also be used topically as a gargle (for sore throat) and as a compress (for skin inflammation and wound infection).
The bitter taste of the water can be completely eliminated by mixing Zajecicka Horka and Bilinska Kiselka mineral waters, while the effectiveness of each increases.
Zajecicka Horka mineral water is bottled in original PET bottles that protect the contents from ultraviolet rays, allowing the unique physicochemical composition to be preserved for a long time.
