Zinc sulfate has antimicrobial, astringent, drying, and local anti-inflammatory effects.

Boric acid is an antiseptic agent.

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Instill conjunctivally into the affected eye.

Ensure hands are clean before administration.

Tilt head back and gently pull lower eyelid downward to form a pouch.

Administer 1-2 drops into the conjunctival sac.

Avoid contact between the dropper tip and the eye, eyelids, or any other surface.

Apply this dosage twice daily.

Maintain a consistent schedule for administration.

If using other ophthalmic products, instill them at least 15 minutes apart.

Follow the prescribed duration of treatment.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage or frequency.

Discard the product one month after first opening the container.

Adverse Reactions

Local reactions may occur at the site of application.

These can include manifestations of allergic reactions, such as itching, redness, or swelling.

Discontinue use immediately if any adverse reaction is severe or persists.

Drug Interactions

Contraindications

In case of accidental ingestion, seek immediate medical attention.

Treatment should be symptomatic and supportive. Rinse the eye thoroughly with clean, lukewarm water if excessive instillation occurs.

Use in Pregnancy and Lactation

Contraindications: pregnancy; lactation period.

Pediatric Use

The drug is contraindicated for use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age.

Storage Conditions

Store at 2°C (36°F) to 25°C (77°F). Keep in original packaging, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
