Pharmacological Action
Aconitum napellus is a tall mountain herbaceous perennial plant.
Chemical composition
- Aconitine;
- Tyramine and dopamine.
In a small dose, aconitine acts on nerve endings, in particular on the endings of the trigeminal nerves, and increases the secretion of salivary and sweat glands.
Indications

- Acute unbearable pain (especially neuralgia);
- Numbness or tingling.

Infectious diseases
- Hyperthermia accompanied by pallor and dry skin;
- Rhinopharyngitis, non-streptococcal tonsillitis, otitis;
- Laryngitis with a strong croupy cough;
- Diarrhea accompanied by spasms of the colon.
Neurology
- “cold” neuralgia, especially trigeminal neuralgia;
- Neuralgia of any localization, accompanied by tingling or numbness, caused by hypothermia.
Behavioral disorders
- Insomnia when sleep after falling asleep is disturbed by nighttime awakening, usually between midnight and 1 a.m.; such awakening is accompanied by anxiety, a sensation of heat throughout the body (without sweat); the patient often recalls a nightmare.
Gynecology

The granules should be dissolved in the mouth 30 minutes before meals or 60 minutes after meals.
For children from 0 to 3 years old, the granules are first diluted by shaking in 10-15 ml of water at room temperature and given to drink.
The optimal amount per dose is 5 granules.
