Dosage Regimen

Take one capsule once daily with a meal to improve absorption and minimize potential gastrointestinal discomfort.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The maximum duration of continuous use is one month.

Adverse Reactions
Adverse reactions are uncommon when taken at the recommended dosage. Discontinue use immediately if signs of hypersensitivity, such as skin rash or itching, occur.
With prolonged use of high doses, manifestations of hypervitaminosis A and E are possible, including headache, drowsiness, visual disturbances, nausea, and vomiting.
Drug Interactions
Concomitant use with oral retinoids or other vitamin A supplements increases the risk of hypervitaminosis A.
Vitamin E may enhance the effects of anticoagulant drugs (e.g., warfarin), potentially increasing the risk of bleeding. Monitor patients closely.
Contraindications
- Do not use in cases of known hypersensitivity to vitamin A, vitamin E, olive oil, or any other component of the formulation.
- Contraindicated during pregnancy due to the teratogenic risk associated with vitamin A.
- Contraindicated during breastfeeding due to the potential for harm to the infant.
Overdose
Symptoms of acute overdose include severe headache, dizziness, blurred vision, nausea, and severe drowsiness.
Chronic overdose leads to hypervitaminosis A and E, characterized by bone pain, skin changes, hepatotoxicity, and visual disturbances.
In case of suspected overdose, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention. Treatment is symptomatic and supportive.
