Dosage Form, Packaging, and Composition
Nasal spray as a clear, colorless liquid with a faint characteristic almond odor.

Pharmacological Action
It effectively moisturizes the nasal mucosa, thins thick mucus, softens dry crusts in the nose, and facilitates their easy removal.
The pH of the solution is close to the pH of the natural secretory fluid of the nasal mucosa.
Indications
- Administer for daily hygienic care of the nasal cavity in infants, children, and adults.
- Use to cleanse the nasal cavity of accumulated mucus and dried crusts in conditions of dry nasal mucosa.
- Apply as part of the management regimen for rhinitis of various etiologies, including acute, chronic, allergic, and atrophic forms.

Dosage Regimen

Administer intranasally with a frequency of 3 to 4 times per day for both preventive and therapeutic purposes.
Continue the typical treatment and prevention course for a duration of 2 to 4 weeks to achieve optimal cleansing and moisturizing effect.
Ensure the use of an age-appropriate dosage form for young children and infants to guarantee safe and effective administration.
Adverse Reactions
Monitor for local or systemic allergic reactions, which are possible but infrequently reported.
Discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if any signs of hypersensitivity, such as local irritation, itching, redness, or rash, develop.
Contraindications
- Do not use in patients with a known hypersensitivity to sodium chloride or any of the listed excipients, including benzalkonium chloride and benzyl alcohol.
- Avoid administration in individuals with a history of allergic reactions to any component of the formulation.
Use in Pregnancy and Lactation
Can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Use in Hepatic Impairment

Special Precautions
When used as part of complex therapy, other medicinal products should be administered intranasally after cleansing the nasal cavity – 10-15 minutes after spraying.
