Pharmacological Action
Perennial plant, reaching 50 cm in height, native to the USA. Arum triphyllum is characterized by two trifoliate compound leaves on a long petiole. The fruits are spherical red berries.
The mother tincture is prepared from the dried underground parts.
The composition is little known: the very caustic juice contained in the fresh tuber disappears upon heating or drying.

Dosage Regimen
| The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen. |
Administer all potencies sublingually by allowing the granules to dissolve completely in the mouth.
Take doses 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after meals to ensure optimal absorption.
For children from 0 to 3 years old, first dilute the granules by shaking them in 10-15 ml of water at room temperature and administer the liquid to drink.
The standard and optimal single dose is 5 granules regardless of patient age or product potency.
Consult a physician to determine the appropriate homeopathic potency (C5, C9, C15, C30), dosing frequency, and total duration of treatment, as these are not specified for self-medication.
Adverse Reactions
No adverse reactions have been reported to date with the use of this preparation.
Due to the high dilution of the active substance, the risk of pharmacological adverse effects is considered minimal.
Monitor for any signs of intolerance, particularly related to the excipients sucrose and lactose.
Discontinue use and consult a physician if any undesirable effects occur.
Contraindications
Do not administer under any circumstances to patients with known hypersensitivities or intolerances.
- Absolute contraindication in cases of confirmed individual hypersensitivity to Arum triphyllum or any component of the granules.
- Do not use in patients with hereditary galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption due to the lactose content.
Special Precautions
The dosage regimen and frequency of administration are determined by the doctor.
If there is no therapeutic effect within 3 days, or if adverse reactions occur, you should consult a doctor.
Overdose
No cases of overdose have been reported to date, and no specific toxic effects are expected from the active ingredient due to its high dilution.
In the event of accidental ingestion of a significantly large number of granules, the primary risk is from the excipients (sucrose, lactose).
Manage symptoms supportively. In case of concern, seek medical advice or contact a poison control center.
Drug Interactions
No known pharmacokinetic or pharmacodynamic drug interactions have been reported.
Concomitant use with other medications, including other homeopathic preparations, is generally considered acceptable.
To avoid any potential interference with absorption, maintain a standard interval of 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after meals and other drugs when administering the granules.
Inform your physician about all concomitant medications.
