Pharmacological Action

It has a general tonic effect, with course use it increases physical performance and endurance, increases motor activity, exhibits stress-protective properties, and also has a moderate antihypoxic and anti-inflammatory effect.

Indications

Asthenia; convalescence (after somatic and infectious diseases); activities associated with high mental and physical stress; increased fatigue; reduced performance.

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Orally, adults are prescribed 100 ml of the infusion or 15-30 drops of the tincture 30-60 minutes before meals, 2-3 times/day. The course of treatment is no more than 8 weeks.

Children from 7 to 14 years old are prescribed 20-50 ml of the infusion 2-3 times/day.

To prepare the infusion, 1 tablespoon of the herb is poured with 500 ml of hot boiled water and placed in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, then infused for 45 minutes at room temperature, filtered, and brought up to 500 ml with boiled water.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity; acute cardiac and/or renal failure; childhood (for the tincture).

Use in Renal Impairment

Contraindicated in renal failure.

Pediatric Use

The tincture is contraindicated in childhood. Children from 7 to 14 years old are prescribed the infusion, 20-50 ml 2-3 times/day.

Storage Conditions

Store at 15°C (59°F) to 25°C (77°F). Keep in original packaging, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
