Composition vitamins (A, C, D2, E, B1, B2, nicotinamide, B6, folic acid, B12, biotin), calcium pantothenate, zinc oxide, sodium selenate, manganese sulfate, chromium chloride, lycopene, American ginseng root powder, cereal blend (powdered common barley leaves, powdered common alfalfa herb, powdered common oat herb, wheat grain powder, soy fiber).

The content of biologically active substances per 1 tablet: vitamin A 562.5-1031.25 IU, vitamin C 13.5-22.5 mg, vitamin D3 90-165 IU, vitamin E 6.75-12.38 IU, vitamin B1 0.27-0.45 mg, vitamin B2 0.38-0.64 mg, nicotinamide 3.6-6 mg, vitamin B6 0.68-1.13 mg, folic acid 90-150 mcg, vitamin B12 4.05-6.75 mcg, biotin 6.75-11.25 mcg, pantothenic acid 1.13-1.88 mg, zinc 3.38-4.69 mg, selenium 11.25-25 mcg, manganese 0.45-0.63 mg, chromium 27-60 mcg, lycopene not less than 56.25 mcg, the sum of dietary fibers (soluble and insoluble) not less than 40.0.

Dosage Regimen
