Dosage Form, Packaging, and Product Composition

Cosmetic gel for eyelid skin care and hygiene.

Composition purified water, glycerin, propylene glycol, sulfoconcentrol, hyaluronic acid, aloe vera juice, polyvinylpyrrolidone, metronidazole, neutralized carbomer, methylparaben, propylparaben, fragrance.

15 ml – bottles (1) with a dropper – cardboard packs.

Properties

Blefarogel Forte is intended for eyelid skin care, moisturizing, and seborrhea regulation.

The components of the gel have antimicrobial and antiparasitic action.

Hyaluronic acid regulates the moisture content in cells and affects the processes of cell migration and differentiation. Due to the action of hyaluronic acid, the ducts of the sebaceous, meibomian, and sweat glands of the eyelids are cleared of plugs and their secretion is normalized. The skin becomes moisturized and more elastic.

Aloe Vera juice, which has antiseptic properties, improves the metabolism in the eyelid skin, relieves swelling and other symptoms of irritation.

Metronidazole has antimicrobial and antiprotozoal (antiparasitic) action.

Sulfur preparations have antiseptic and acaricidal action.

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

For external use.

1-2 drops of the gel should be applied to the fingertips and the eyelids, including the lash line, should be massaged with soft circular movements for 1-2 minutes.

For demodicosis and chronic blepharitis, it is recommended to use the gel 2 times a day – in the morning and in the evening after washing.

For the prevention of blepharitis and styes, use daily once a day before bedtime.

Side effects

Possible individual intolerance to the components of the gel, which may manifest as an allergic reaction (redness of the eyelids, itching, etc.)

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to metronidazole and other components of the product.

Storage Conditions
