Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Administer 5 granules sublingually 15 minutes before a meal. Hold the granules in the mouth until they are completely dissolved; do not chew or swallow whole.

For acute episodes or attacks, take the dose 2-3 times with 15-20 minute intervals between administrations. For prophylactic use, take a single dose of 5 granules each morning, 15 minutes before breakfast.

The standard treatment course is 30 days. If symptoms persist or reoccur, a repeat course may be initiated after a 2-3 month interval.

Adverse Reactions

Monitor for allergic reactions, which may include skin rash, itching, urticaria, or redness. Discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention if any signs of hypersensitivity appear.

Report any unexpected or severe reactions to a healthcare professional. The frequency of adverse reactions is not known due to the homeopathic nature of the preparation.

Contraindications

  • Do not use in patients with a known hypersensitivity to Arnica montana, Crataegus, Strychnos ignatii, or any of the excipients in the granules.
  • Avoid use in individuals with a history of severe allergic reactions to plants from the Asteraceae/Compositae family, as Arnica is a member of this plant family.

The preparation is considered compatible with traditional (allopathic) medicines and can generally be used concomitantly. No specific pharmacokinetic or pharmacodynamic interactions have been reported.

Inform your physician about all medications you are taking, including prescription, over-the-counter, and other herbal or homeopathic products. The clinical effects of combination therapy should be monitored.
