Administer orally with a small amount of water.
For children aged 1 to 6 years, administer 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) every 3-4 hours, not exceeding 4 doses per day.
For children over 6 years, adolescents, and adults, administer 1 teaspoon (5 ml) every 2-3 hours, not exceeding 4 doses per day.
Adhere strictly to the specified dosing intervals and maximum daily frequency to ensure therapeutic effect and minimize the risk of adverse events.
Adverse Reactions
Allergic reactions are possible, including skin rash, pruritus, urticaria, and angioedema.
Discontinue use immediately upon the appearance of any signs of hypersensitivity and seek medical advice.
Report any suspected adverse reactions to a healthcare professional.
Drug Interactions
Avoid concomitant use with antitussive drugs (e.g., codeine, dextromethorphan) due to the risk of impaired clearance of liquefied bronchial secretions.
Concurrent use with other drugs that reduce sputum formation is not recommended, as this may counteract the mucolytic and expectorant action.
Inform your physician about all concomitant medications before initiating therapy.

- Patients with hereditary fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption, or sucrase-isomaltase deficiency due to the sucrose content.
- Children under 1 year of age due to the risk of serious adverse effects and immature metabolic pathways.
