Pharmacological Action
Venotonic agent of plant origin. Reduces capillary permeability, has a venotonic, anti-edematous, and anti-inflammatory effect.
Reduces the permeability and fragility of capillaries.
Indications
Use for the symptomatic relief of conditions associated with venous insufficiency and for the management of minor traumatic injuries.
- Symptoms of venous circulatory disorders, including pain, swelling, and a feeling of heaviness in the legs.
- Nighttime calf muscle cramps related to venous issues and skin itching caused by chronic venous insufficiency.
- Local pain and swelling resulting from dislocations, sprains, and bruises.

Dosage Regimen

Apply the gel for external use only. Use a thin layer on the affected skin area twice daily, typically in the morning and evening.
Incorporate gentle massaging during each application to enhance absorption and promote circulation. Do not apply to large areas of the body or under occlusive dressings unless directed by a physician.
Adverse Reactions
Monitor for allergic skin reactions, such as redness, itching, or rash, which occur rarely. Discontinue use immediately if such reactions appear.
The formulation contains ethanol, which may lead to skin dryness and irritation with frequent or prolonged application. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Drug Interactions

Contraindications

- Application on broken skin, wounds, deep cuts, or trophic ulcers where the integrity of the skin barrier is compromised.
- Use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age because of the absence of clinical data establishing safety and efficacy in this population.
Overdose
Overdose from topical application is unlikely. Excessive application may lead to intensified local adverse effects, such as skin irritation or allergic reactions.
In case of accidental ingestion, seek medical attention immediately. Treatment is symptomatic and supportive. There is no specific antidote.
Use in Pregnancy and Lactation
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is possible on the recommendation of a doctor.
Pediatric Use
Contraindicated in children under 18 years of age (no experience with use).
Special Precautions
It is necessary to strictly follow all additional doctor’s prescriptions, such as leg bandaging, wearing elastic stockings, cool foot baths.
If symptoms such as swelling, skin discoloration, sensation of tension and heat, pain suddenly appear, you should immediately consult a doctor.
If the preparation gets into the eyes and on the mucous membranes, rinse with plenty of water.
