Dietary supplement – an additional source of vitamin B6 and magnesium

Properties

Dietary supplement to food. The effect is due to the properties of the components included in the product used.

The product used may not include all the active substances listed below.

Magnesium is necessary for providing energy processes, is responsible for the transmission and speed of the nerve impulse from the brain to the peripheral nerve endings and muscles, participates in the processes of reducing neuromuscular tension, maintaining normal neuromuscular excitability, including the contractility of the myocardium. In stressful situations, the body loses a significant amount of magnesium ions, which is why its additional intake protects the body from the consequences of stress. Magnesium supports cellular immunity and participates in the regulation of metabolism.

Magnesium deficiency can be observed with an improper diet, and the need for it increases with increased physical and mental stress, pregnancy, and stress. It manifests as cramps in the calf muscles, a feeling of general weakness, fatigue, difficulty falling asleep, nervousness, increased blood pressure, and changes in heart rhythm.

Vitamin B6 participates in many metabolic processes, in the regulation of the nervous system metabolism. Vitamin B6 improves the absorption of magnesium from the gastrointestinal tract and its penetration into cells.

Vitamin D3 controls the absorption of calcium and promotes its integration into the bone skeleton. It is the main regulator of phosphorus-calcium metabolism, maintains the level of calcium and phosphorus in the blood, and participates in the formation and age-related resorption of bone tissue. In elderly people, with a deficiency of vitamin D3, osteoporosis of the bones of the lower spine, pelvic bones, and lower extremities develops. The body, provided there is regular exposure of the skin to sunlight, can independently produce vitamin D3. However, this production of the vitamin is not sufficient for health in northern latitudes and its additional intake is required, especially in the winter season.

Scope of Application

As a dietary supplement for magnesium deficiency, accompanied by symptoms such as increased irritability, minor sleep disorders, gastrointestinal spasms, rapid heartbeat, feeling of general weakness, increased fatigue, muscle pain and spasms, tingling sensation.
