Dosage Form, Packaging, and Product Composition

Liquid in 50 ml bottles with a dispenser.

Composition: purified water; emulsifier: polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monooleate (E433); carrier: glycerin (E422); medium-chain triglycerides (anticaking agents); DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate – 12 mg TE; ascorbyl palmitate (E304(i)) (antioxidant); trans-resveratrol – 8.5 mg (obtained from Japanese knotweed (Polygonum cuspidatum Siebold & Zucc.) roots); natural flavors: “peach”, “lemon-lime”; preservative: potassium sorbate (E202); acidity regulator: citric acid (E330); sweetener: acesulfame potassium (E950); cholecalciferol (vitamin D₃) – 10 mcg; sweetener: sucralose (E955).

Properties

Feminaspray^® is a dietary supplement with increased bioavailability in spray form, representing an additional source of trans-resveratrol (a natural phytoestrogen), vitamins D and E, for non-hormonal support of women’s health, including during the menopausal transition.

The spray is manufactured using an innovative patented technology* – NANOEMULSION METHOD FOR ITS PREPARATION AND USE©, as a result of which the molecules of trans-resveratrol, vitamins D and E are placed into nanodroplets with a protective layer (nanoemulsion). In this form, substances poorly soluble in water (the phytoestrogen complex with vitamins) successfully dissolve in water without loss of properties, ensuring their complete absorption into the bloodstream through the sublingual mucosa. Spraying under the tongue allows the active components to enter the systemic circulation, bypassing the liver, thus avoiding partial destruction in this organ, which is inevitable when substances are taken orally (swallowed).

Thus, the new technology ensures increased bioavailability of the active ingredients and higher and faster absorption of the spray’s biologically active components. Thanks to this technology, Feminaspray^® can be useful for use in women with manifestations of estrogen deficiency, including hot flashes.

Properties of the components

Trans-resveratrol

Feminaspray^® contains a phytoestrogen of natural origin – trans-resveratrol, which has increased bioavailability and is capable of binding to both β- and α-estrogen receptors, allowing it to exert a full spectrum of estrogen-like effects.

In women during the climacteric period, trans-resveratrol helps reduce the manifestations of estrogen deficiency, including hot flashes, hyperemia (redness of the skin due to increased blood filling) and night sweats. Trans-resveratrol has a beneficial effect on blood flow, including in the vessels of the brain, helping to preserve cognitive function.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E is a natural antioxidant, prevents increased permeability and fragility of capillaries, stimulates the synthesis of proteins and collagen. When used together with resveratrol, it enhances its antioxidant effect.

Vitamin D

Vitamin D₃ is necessary for maintaining bone health and reducing the risk of osteoporosis, as well as for maintaining muscle strength, general tone, and immunity. In cases of hormonal disorders, especially during estrogen deficiency in the climacteric period, women have an increased need for vitamin D₃.

Dosage Regimen

Sublingually.

Orally, for adults, 9 presses of the dispenser (1.7 g) per day with meals. Wait a few seconds between sprays.

Shake the bottle before use.

The duration of intake is 1 month.

Nutritional value per 1.7 g (9 dispenser presses): fats – 0.11 g; energy value – 1.4 kcal (5.87 kJ).
