Indications
Apply as a counterirritant for the symptomatic relief of localized musculoskeletal pain.
- Use for neuralgia (nerve pain).
- Use for myalgia (muscle pain).
- Use for arthralgia (joint pain).
Employ only as part of a complex therapy regimen and not as a sole treatment for the underlying condition.

Dosage Regimen
| The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen. |
Apply externally by rubbing into the skin over the painful area. Limit the treatment course to a maximum of 1-2 weeks to prevent local skin irritation and systemic absorption.
Discontinue use if no therapeutic benefit is observed. A repeat course may be initiated only after a break and upon reassessment of the clinical need. Avoid application to large body surface areas.
Solution
For external use. Rub into the skin in the painful area. The course of treatment continues depending on the therapeutic effect, but not more than 1-2 weeks. If necessary, the course can be repeated.
Spray
For external use. Rub into the skin in the area of pain.
Adverse Reactions
Monitor the application site for signs of local skin reactions. The most frequently reported adverse effects are transient and localized.
These include hyperemia (redness), skin itching (pruritus), and allergic reactions such as contact dermatitis. Discontinue use immediately if a severe reaction occurs.
Contraindications
Do not use under any circumstances in the following conditions due to the risk of severe local reactions or increased systemic absorption.
- Hypersensitivity to formic acid or any component of the formulation.
- Application to skin with impaired integrity (e.g., cuts, abrasions).
- Presence of inflammatory skin diseases at the application site (e.g., dermatitis, eczema).
