Recommended as a dietary supplement to food – a source of oxycinnamic acids, an additional source of vitamins B1, B2, B3, PP, B6, biotin, folic acid, vitamin C and macro- and microelements: calcium, iron, zinc, chromium, selenium, silicon, containing vitamin B12.
Indications
Use as a dietary supplement to food for the following purposes:
- To serve as an additional source of vitamins B1, B2, B3 (PP), B6, B12, C, biotin, and folic acid.
- To provide supplemental macro- and microelements, including calcium, iron, zinc, chromium, selenium, and silicon.
- To supply oxycinnamic acids.
- For general tonic and restorative effects during periods of nutritional deficiency or convalescence.

Dosage Regimen

Take one 9 g pouch or one tablespoon (9 g) once daily with a meal.
Dissolve the single dose completely in 200-400 ml (one to two glasses) of water before ingestion.
The recommended duration of continuous use is one month. A repeated course may be considered after a two to three-month interval.

Contraindications for the Use of the Product
Do not use under the following conditions:
- Known individual intolerance or hypersensitivity to any component of the product.
- Pregnancy at any trimester.
- Breastfeeding (lactation).

Adverse Reactions
Allergic reactions are possible, including skin rash, itching, and urticaria, particularly in individuals with known sensitivities to the ingredients.
Gastrointestinal discomfort, such as nausea or epigastric distress, may occur. Discontinue use immediately if any adverse reactions manifest and seek medical advice.
Drug Interactions and Concomitant Use Precautions
The iron, calcium, and zinc content may reduce the absorption of certain medications, including tetracycline and fluoroquinolone antibiotics, as well as thyroid hormones and bisphosphonates.
Maintain a minimum two to three-hour interval between taking this product and other oral medications. Consult a physician before concurrent use with any prescription drugs.
Overdose and Exceeding the Recommended Dosage
Exceeding the recommended daily dose does not provide additional benefit and may increase the risk of adverse effects.
Symptoms of acute overdose are unlikely but may mirror the adverse reactions, primarily gastrointestinal upset. In case of significant overdose, seek medical attention and discontinue use.
