Indications

  • Non-ulcer dyspepsia against the background of gastritis and gastroduodenitis in patients not infected with Helicobacter pylori.

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Administer orally. Dilute 15 drops in a small amount of water (approximately one tablespoon) immediately before administration.

Take three times a day, 30 minutes before meals or 1 hour after meals. Adhere strictly to the specified timing relative to food intake.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage. The standard course of treatment is 28 days. If symptoms persist, consult a physician for re-evaluation.

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to any of the active substances (Lycopodium clavatum, Strychnos nux-vomica, Carbo vegetabilis) or excipients, primarily ethanol.
  • Pediatric patients under 18 years of age due to the absence of adequate clinical data establishing safety and efficacy in this population.

Exercise caution in patients with a history of liver disease, alcoholism, epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, or other brain diseases, primarily due to the ethanol content.

Overdose

To date, no cases of overdose have been reported with this preparation.

Symptoms of overdose are unlikely to be related to the homeopathic active ingredients but may be associated with excessive ethanol intake, manifesting as signs of alcohol intoxication.

In case of suspected overdose, discontinue the medication and initiate symptomatic and supportive treatment as required. Consult a physician or poison control center.

Use in Pregnancy and Lactation

Use during pregnancy and lactation is possible if the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus and child.
