Properties

The Inositol 500 mg dietary supplement contains myo-inositol and has a membrane-protective, anti-atherosclerotic effect.

It restores the structure of nervous tissue, acts as an antidepressant and anxiolytic, and normalizes sleep.

It participates in maintaining the balance of sex hormones, in regulating the menstrual cycle, helps restore receptor sensitivity to insulin, prevents the progression of hyperandrogenism, and plays an important role in the process of egg maturation.

Dosage Regimen
