Composition glucosamine sulfate potassium chloride, chondroitin sulfate sodium, alpha-tocopheryl acetate, vitamin D, cyanocobalamin, ascorbic acid, folic acid, sodium selenite pentahydrate, zinc sulfate monohydrate, copper sulfate pentahydrate, manganese sulfate monohydrate, ginger extract, dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, purified talc, potato starch, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Content of biologically active substances per 1 tablet .: glucosamine sulfate – 330-420 mg, chondroitin sulfate – 180-200 mg, vitamin C – 27-39.6 mg, E – 18-26.4 mg, D – 4.5-8.25 mcg, B12 – 6-8.5 mcg, folic acid – 180-572 mcg, zinc – 4.5 – 5.78 mg, copper – 0.45-0.58 mg, manganese – 1.8-2.2 mg, selenium – 54-66 mcg.

Recommended as a dietary supplement – an additional source of vitamins C, D, E, B12, folic acid and minerals (selenium, zinc, manganese, copper), a source of glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin sulfate.

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. Take one tablet once daily with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Adverse Reactions

Adverse reactions are uncommon but may include gastrointestinal discomfort, such as nausea, epigastric pain, or diarrhea.

Contraindications

  • Do not use if you have a known hypersensitivity or individual intolerance to any component of the product, including glucosamine (often derived from shellfish), chondroitin, vitamins, or minerals.

Overdose

In case of accidental overdose, immediately contact a poison control center or physician. Symptoms of overdose may correspond to the effects of excessive intake of the contained vitamins and minerals.
