Dosage Form, Packaging, and Product Composition

Composition glucosamine sulfate potassium chloride, chondroitin sulfate sodium, alpha-tocopheryl acetate, vitamin D, cyanocobalamin, ascorbic acid, folic acid, sodium selenite pentahydrate, zinc sulfate monohydrate, copper sulfate pentahydrate, manganese sulfate monohydrate, ginger extract, dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, purified talc, potato starch, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Content of biologically active substances per 1 tablet .: glucosamine sulfate – 330-420 mg, chondroitin sulfate – 180-200 mg, vitamin C – 27-39.6 mg, E – 18-26.4 mg, D – 4.5-8.25 mcg, B12 – 6-8.5 mcg, folic acid – 180-572 mcg, zinc – 4.5 – 5.78 mg, copper – 0.45-0.58 mg, manganese – 1.8-2.2 mg, selenium – 54-66 mcg.

Scope of Application

Recommended as a dietary supplement – an additional source of vitamins C, D, E, B12, folic acid and minerals (selenium, zinc, manganese, copper), a source of glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin sulfate.

• Use as a dietary supplement to provide supplemental vitamins C, D, E, B12, and folic acid.
• Use as a source of the minerals selenium, zinc, manganese, and copper.
• Use as a source of glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin sulfate to support musculoskeletal health and function.

Dosage Regimen

Take one tablet once daily with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

The duration of administration is one month. If necessary, the course of intake may be repeated after consulting a physician.

This product is a dietary supplement and is not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease.

Adverse Reactions

Adverse reactions are uncommon but may include gastrointestinal discomfort, such as nausea, epigastric pain, or diarrhea.

Allergic reactions, including skin rash or itching, are possible, particularly in individuals with known hypersensitivity to any of the product’s components. Discontinue use immediately if any adverse reactions occur.

Drug Interactions

Concurrent use with anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin) may potentially enhance the anticoagulant effect; monitor coagulation parameters closely.

Take this supplement at least 2 hours before or 4 hours after taking tetracycline antibiotics or fluoroquinolones, as minerals may interfere with their absorption.

Consult a healthcare professional before concomitant use with any prescription medications.

Contraindications

• Do not use if you have a known hypersensitivity or individual intolerance to any component of the product, including glucosamine (often derived from shellfish), chondroitin, vitamins, or minerals.
• Do not use during pregnancy.
• Do not use while breastfeeding.

Overdose

In case of accidental overdose, immediately contact a poison control center or physician. Symptoms of overdose may correspond to the effects of excessive intake of the contained vitamins and minerals.

These can include severe gastrointestinal upset (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea) or neurological symptoms. Keep out of reach of children.
