Dosage Form, Packaging, and Composition
Oral solution in the form of a rather thick liquid from yellow to yellow-brown in color, with a characteristic odor; the presence of opalescence during storage is allowed.

* Hedera helix leaf extract (Hedera helix leaf thick extract (2.2-2.9:1)) is produced from Hedera helix L., family Araliaceae, by extraction with a mixture of 50% ethanol (ethyl alcohol) and propylene glycol (98:2).
Excipients: macrogol glycerol hydroxystearate (polyoxyl 40 hydrogenated castor oil), anise fruit oil, hyetellose (hydroxyethylcellulose), sorbitol solution 70% (non-crystallizing), propylene glycol, glycerol, purified water.

Pharmacological Action
Herbal medicine. It has an expectorant, mucolytic, and antispasmodic effect, due to the presence of saponins.
Indications
As an expectorant in the complex therapy of infectious and inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract, accompanied by cough with difficult-to-discharge sputum.

Dosage Regimen

Administer orally. Shake the bottle well before each use.
Use the provided measuring cup or spoon for accurate dosing. Do not use household spoons.
For adults and adolescents over 12 years: take 5 ml three times daily.
For children 6 to 12 years: take 2.5 ml three times daily.
For children 2 to 5 years: take 2.5 ml twice daily.
The duration of treatment is typically 7 days.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Take the solution between meals for optimal effect.
If symptoms persist beyond one week or worsen, discontinue use and consult a physician.
Concomitant intake of sufficient warm fluids is recommended to enhance the expectorant effect.
Avoid concurrent use with antitussive medications.
Adverse Reactions
Possible allergic reactions, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
Rarely pain in the epigastric region.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug; children’s age – depending on the dosage form.
Use in Pregnancy and Lactation
Not recommended for use during pregnancy and lactation.
Pediatric Use
Can be used in children of the appropriate age categories according to the indications, in the recommended doses and dosage forms. Special Precautions

Drug Interactions
