Dosage Regimen

1 serving per day during or after a meal.

To prepare 1 serving of the drink, add 150-200 ml of hot boiled water to the contents of one pouch (20 g) and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Let it steep for 1-2 minutes.
