Preparation recommendations

To prepare 1 serving of the ready-to-use product, add three tablespoons (20 g) of the mixture to 180-200 ml of warm water (temperature not exceeding 50°C (122°F)), mix thoroughly. If necessary, use a shaker or blender. Consume as part of main meals or between main meals.
