Composition: magnesium amino acid chelate (magnesium bisglycinate), maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose and croscarmellose (carriers); film coating components (food additives): hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (thickener), tween 80 (emulsifier), polyethylene glycol (glazing agent); corn starch, calcium stearate (anti-caking agent).

Dosage Regimen

For children from 14 years of age and adults – 1-2 tablets per day. The duration of intake is at least 1 month. 3-4 courses per year are recommended.
Taking 2 tablets per day provides the recommended daily intake level of magnesium (400 mg1): for children 14 years old – by 133.3%2, for children from 15 years old and adults – by 100%, for pregnant women in the first trimester – by 95.2%, for pregnant women in the second and third trimesters and nursing mothers – by 88.9%.
