Composition: magnesium amino acid chelate (magnesium bisglycinate), maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose and croscarmellose (carriers); film coating components (food additives): hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (thickener), tween 80 (emulsifier), polyethylene glycol (glazing agent); corn starch, calcium stearate (anti-caking agent).

Properties

The biologically active food supplement Magnesium chelate contains readily available magnesium from an amino acid chelate complex; it promotes maximum magnesium absorption without gastrointestinal side effects (does not cause bloating, constipation, or diarrhea), increases the body’s resistance to stress, supports the nervous system, muscles, heart, supports healthy sleep, and relieves muscle spasms and cramps.

Dosage Regimen

Orally, with meals.

For children from 14 years of age and adults – 1-2 tablets per day. The duration of intake is at least 1 month. 3-4 courses per year are recommended.

Taking 2 tablets per day provides the recommended daily intake level of magnesium (400 mg¹): for children 14 years old – by 133.3%², for children from 15 years old and adults – by 100%, for pregnant women in the first trimester – by 95.2%, for pregnant women in the second and third trimesters and nursing mothers – by 88.9%.

¹Deviations are allowed in accordance with TU 10.89.19-768-21428156-2021.

²Does not exceed the upper permissible level of daily consumption.
