Dosage Form, Packaging, and Composition
Solution for external use, alcoholic in the form of a transparent, colorless liquid with the smell of menthol.

Pharmacological Action
A combined drug for external use.
Benzocaine and Procaine have a local anesthetic effect.
Levomenthol, when applied to the skin and mucous membranes, causes irritation of nerve endings, dilation of superficial skin vessels, accompanied by an analgesic effect with a sensation of cold, slight burning, and tingling.
Indications
Neuralgia; myalgia; arthralgia; pruritic dermatoses.

Dosage Regimen

Apply the solution externally only.
Apply a sufficient amount to cover the affected skin areas or the skin over the affected area.
Rub in gently until fully absorbed.
Use the solution 2-3 times per day.
Continue the treatment course based on the therapeutic effect achieved.
Do not use the drug for more than 3-4 weeks continuously.
If symptoms persist or recur, you may repeat the treatment course after a break.
Avoid application to damaged skin, open wounds, or mucous membranes.
Do not apply under occlusive dressings.
Wash hands thoroughly after application, unless the hands are the treated area.
Discontinue use immediately and consult a physician if severe irritation or signs of an allergic reaction occur.
Adverse Reactions
Possible allergic reactions, contact dermatitis.
With prolonged use dizziness, asthenia, decreased blood pressure (in this case, treatment should be discontinued).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug; impaired skin integrity; inflammatory skin diseases at the site of intended application.
