Contraindications

Dosage Regimen

The recommended dosage for adult men is one tablet per day. The tablet should be taken orally with a full glass of water.

For optimal absorption and to minimize potential gastrointestinal discomfort, it is advised to take the tablet with a meal. Avoid taking the product in the late afternoon or evening if you are sensitive to caffeine, as it may interfere with sleep.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The duration of continuous use should not exceed 2-3 months without consulting a physician. Adverse Reactions

Adverse reactions are uncommon when taken at the recommended dosage but may occur, especially in sensitive individuals or if the dosage is exceeded.

Gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea, epigastric discomfort, or diarrhea may occur, typically resolving upon discontinuation. Due to the caffeine content (80 mg per tablet), some individuals may experience nervousness, restlessness, insomnia, palpitations, tachycardia, or headache.

Drug Interactions

The iron content can reduce the absorption of tetracycline and fluoroquinolone antibiotics, levothyroxine, and bisphosphonates; these medications should be taken at least 2-4 hours apart from this supplement.

Overdose

In case of accidental overdose, which may involve the ingestion of several tablets at once, seek immediate medical attention or contact a Poison Control Center.

Symptoms of overdose are likely to be related to the caffeine content and may include severe restlessness, agitation, tremors, rapid heartbeat, nausea, vomiting, and convulsions. Overdose of fat-soluble vitamins (such as vitamin E and D) and certain minerals (like selenium and iron) can lead to toxic accumulation and serious health consequences with chronic excessive intake.

Treatment is symptomatic and supportive. Do not induce vomiting unless instructed by a medical professional. Provide the medical team with the product packaging or leaflet.
