Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Determine the dosage individually based on the patient’s age and the severity of the condition.

Administer tablets orally. For adults and children over 12 years, the typical dose is 1-2 tablets taken 3-4 times daily before meals.

The duration of therapy depends on the clinical response. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Drug Interactions

This preparation can be used concomitantly with other agents for treating bronchopulmonary diseases.

Avoid concurrent use with antitussives, particularly those containing codeine, as this suppresses the cough reflex and hinders the clearance of liquefied sputum, increasing the risk of respiratory complications.

Symptoms of overdose may include severe nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain.

Treatment is symptomatic and supportive. There is no specific antidote. Gastric lavage may be considered if ingestion is recent. Ensure adequate hydration.

Store at 2°C (36°F) to 25°C (77°F). Keep in original packaging, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
