Oral drops in the form of a clear liquid from yellow to yellow with a brownish tint.

Pharmacological Action

A combined preparation containing a complex of vitamins necessary for an infant. The action is determined by the properties of the vitamins that make up the preparation.

Vitamin A (retinol acetate) promotes proper growth and development of the child’s body. It plays an important role in the formation of the immune system, increases the body’s resistance to various infections. It ensures normal visual function. It is the most important component of the body’s antioxidant defense.

Vitamin D (Colecalciferol) is necessary for the normal formation of bones and teeth in a growing body. It maintains the level of inorganic phosphorus and calcium in the plasma and increases the absorption of calcium in the small intestine, preventing the development of rickets and osteomalacia.

Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) plays an important role in the formation of a protein called collagen, which makes up a significant part of the material of connective tissues, bones, cartilage, teeth and skin.

It is vital for the immune system and the functioning of leukocytes, helps to increase the body’s resistance to various infections.

Ascorbic acid promotes the absorption of inorganic iron in the gastrointestinal tract. In addition, it is an important antioxidant.

Indications

For children from the first days of life to 1 year

Prevention and treatment of vitamin deficiency;
Prevention and treatment of rickets in children;
As a means in the complex prevention of infectious diseases (measles, rubella, diphtheria, bronchitis);
Proper formation and development of the musculoskeletal system and organ systems that ensure the child’s growth.

Dosage Regimen

The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen.

Administer orally to children from the first days of life up to one year of age.

The daily dose is 0.5 to 1 ml.

Administer the dose once daily, simultaneously with food or immediately after feeding.

Use the provided dosing pipette to measure the exact volume.

Place the drops directly into the infant’s mouth or mix with a small amount of formula, milk, or other liquid food.

Do not add the drops to a full bottle of formula, as an incomplete feed may result in an incomplete dose.

Shake the bottle gently before each use to ensure uniform suspension of components.

Adhere strictly to the recommended daily dose; exceeding it is not advised.

For long-term prophylactic use, the lower end of the dosage range (0.5 ml) is typically sufficient.

For therapeutic purposes, such as treatment of diagnosed vitamin deficiency or rickets, follow the specific dosage prescribed by a physician, which may be up to 1 ml daily.

Do not administer other vitamin A, D, or multivitamin preparations concurrently to avoid the risk of hypervitaminosis.

Discontinue use and consult a physician if any signs of hypersensitivity or adverse reactions appear.

Adverse Reactions

In case of individual intolerance to the components of the drug, allergic reactions in the form of itching or urticarial rash are possible.

Special Precautions

During the intake of the drug, it is not recommended to take other multivitamin preparations in order to prevent overdose.

The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.

Storage Conditions

Store at a temperature not exceeding 15°C (59°F). After opening the bottle, store it in the refrigerator at a temperature from 2°C (35.6°F) to 8°C (46.4°F). Keep out of reach of children.

Shelf Life

Shelf life – 18 months. The opened bottle should be stored for no more than 2 months. Do not use after the expiration date printed on the packaging.
