Pharmacological Action
A combined herbal medicine that has a diuretic, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial effect.
Indications
Complex therapy in the treatment of chronic infections of the urinary bladder (cystitis) and kidneys (pyelonephritis), in non-infectious chronic kidney inflammations (glomerulonephritis, interstitial nephritis), and as an agent that prevents the formation of urinary stones (also after the removal of urinary stones).

Dosage Regimen
| The method of application and dosage regimen for a specific drug depend on its form of release and other factors. The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the compliance of the dosage form of a specific drug with the indications for use and dosage regimen. |
Take this medication orally.
For adults and children over 12 years of age, the standard dosage is 2 capsules three times a day.
For children aged 6 to 12 years, the dosage is 1 capsule three times a day.
Administer the capsules with a sufficient amount of fluid (at least 150-200 ml of water per dose).
Adhere to a consistent daily schedule for administration.
Swallow the capsules whole; do not chew or crush them.
Use this product as part of a complex therapy for chronic urinary tract and kidney conditions.
For the prevention of urinary stones, the duration of use is typically long-term, as directed by a physician.
In cases of acute infection, continue treatment for several days after symptoms have resolved.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
If a dose is missed, take it as soon as remembered, but do not double the next dose.
The duration of therapy is determined by the treating physician based on the clinical picture and response.
Discontinue use and consult a doctor immediately if symptoms worsen or new symptoms appear.
Adverse Reactions
From the gastrointestinal tract: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
Possible: allergic reactions.
Contraindications
Children under 6 years of age, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum in the acute phase.
Use in Pregnancy and Lactation
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is possible only as prescribed by a doctor, in strict accordance with the recommendations for use and after assessing the risk-benefit ratio.
Pediatric Use
Use is contraindicated in children under 6 years of age.
Special Precautions
In cases of edema caused by impaired heart or kidney function, the consumption of large amounts of fluid is contraindicated.
In cases of impaired kidney function, it should not be prescribed as monotherapy.
In the event of inflammatory kidney disease, the presence of blood in the urine, pain during urination, or acute urinary retention, it is necessary to consult a doctor immediately.
Drug Interactions
Combination with antibacterial agents is possible and appropriate.
