Pharmacological Action
The substance is obtained from an aqueous solution of nitric acid, which has a characteristic odor. Upon contact with the skin, it stains it yellow.
Indications

- Acute pain, as from a splinter or thorn at the site of the skin lesion;
- Severe false painful urge to defecate with anal fissures, felt for a long time after defecation;
- Fatigue and marked asthenia;
- Appearance of neoplasms on the skin or mucous membranes;

- Slow and gradual development of diseases;
- Tendency to depressive disorders.
Main cases of clinical application
Gastroenterology
- Aphthous stomatitis, angular cheilitis;
- Treatment of peptic ulcer recurrences, if endoscopic examination reveals linear, bleeding scars;
- Colopathy accompanied by diarrhea (loose stools with blood and mucus) and severe weakness;
- Sigmoid diverticulitis;
- Prevention of sigmoid polyp recurrences;
- Ulcerative nonspecific colitis;
- Anal fissures with sharp pain and false painful urge to defecate.

Dosage Regimen

The granules should be dissolved in the mouth 30 minutes before a meal or 60 minutes after a meal.
For children from 0 to 3 years old, the granules are first diluted by shaking in 10-15 ml of water at room temperature and given to drink.
The optimal amount per dose is 5 granules.
